Terms and Conditions / Agreements TCA*
Please READ and AGREE to the following Conditions before making a purchase.

Payments and Items Enquiry.
- NETTs payment only.
- BOTH Local sales and OVERSEA sales are ACCEPTED.
- NO CANCELLING of orders once A CONFIRMATION SLIP is being send out to Customer.
- Payment has to be made WITHIN 3 days (SG buyers) and WITHIN 1week (Overseas buyers) after Confirmation Slip is being send out.
- Payments CAN BE made in the following ways- Bank Transfer, Internet Banking or Conceal Cash. (However, We WILL NOT bear any responsiblity upon LOSING of Cash, Cheques inpar with Conceal / Mailing of payments)
- LOCAL Customers - $1 SGD will be charged for EACH Item for Normal postage [Free as at 28 Oct 2008]; Registered mail will be CHARGED at an Additional of $2.50 SGD.
- OVERSEAS Customers - WILL BE CHARGED for POSTAGE accordingly. [(Stated Price x Exchange Rates) + Shipping Fees = Final Price]
- A Reservation FEE of $5 - $10 SGD is requried for reserving of items for more than 2 days. (In cases that Customers might Back-Out after reserving.)
- Remaining amount of Item may be paid during Meetups or before Postage.
- ALL details on items have been furbished on each item sales entry.

- Refer to ORDERING LIST for purchasing details needed.
- All prices stated are NETT and final. No bargaining or discounts please. (Otherwise, e-mail me and code a Reasonable price. *Note: Price coded MAYNOT be FINAL!!)
- Items will be placed back onto the website for RESELL if payment HAS NOT been made within 1 week. (Thus, in any case of difficulty in payment - Please inform us Early.)
- MEETING-UP exceptions CAN BE DONE for LOCAL Customers as of CASE-TO-CASE basis. (Mainly TOWN areas)
- Items SOLD are NOT REFUNABLE / NON - EXCHANGEABLE.
SWAP Cases and Other Enquires:
- SWAP Cases can only be done on a CASE BY CASE basis.
- Items swap should be in a REASONABLE CONDITION (Min. 7/10). NO Holes, Stains etc. Location of SWAPS are also subjected to TOWN areas. Unless an agreeable location is being compromised between parties.
- NOTE that Dead buyers will not be entertained and WILL BE blacklisted after 3 times of FAILURE to meet up after a compromised is made.
- After 3 times of FAILURE to meet up, Buyers are expected to pay an amount of HANDING FEE ($4) , where in cases that they still want the items. HF* is then used as postage charges. No more MEET-UPs will be made.
Hence, after an Ordering List is mailed to closetconcept@gmail.com , Its acknowdge that you have AGREEED to our Terms and Conditions / Agreements Fully. Your understanding is GREATLY APPRECIATED and we sincerely hope that you will abide it to prevent any misunderstanding and unhappiness between us.
